Returns and Refunds


To request a return please visit: https://aestheticallyperfectskin.com/a/returns You will need your order number and your email address to begin the process of your request.

We do not offer product exchange requests.

For any items that are bought as a bundle purchase, individual items can not be returned separately.

We only offer refunds if the product returns with the packaging unopened, the product is unused and the packaging is in re-sellable condition and the request for refund is within 14 days of order. Due to the nature of the product, this is for hygiene purposes.

The 14-Day Request Period begins from the day the order was placed, you will have until the 14th Day to request a return.

If you have received an incorrect item from what you have ordered we will ensure that we will get this rectified for you. Include your order number and we will look after the rest. Please Email: cs@aestheticallyperfectskin.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Any items that were bought with a discount code applied or on sale will be refunded according to the prices upon purchase.

Refunds will be made to the account that was used on the original order.

Refunds can also take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
