- We do not offer product exchange requests.
- Please Note: For any items that are bought as a bundle purchase, individual items can not be returned separately.
- Please Note: We only offer refunds if the product returns with the packaging unopened, the product is unused and the packaging is in re-sellable condition and the request for refund is within 14 days of order. Due to the nature of the product, this is for hygiene purposes.
- The 14-Day Request Period begins from the day the order was placed, you will have until the 14th Day to request a return.
