ABOUT APS

APS was born out of my deep passion for promoting healthy skin from within.

With a background in tissue viability as a specialised nurse in skin care, cell turnover, rejuvenation and wound care, I gained valuable experience as a skin specialist for renowned brands such as Clarins, Clinique, Elemis, and Zo Health. Transitioning into the field of medical aesthetics, I further expanded my knowledge through global training before embarking on the creation of APS.

The vision for APS was to develop products that encompassed potent active ingredients of pharmaceutical quality, while being readily accessible to the retail market. To ensure this, I sought dermatology testing for all our products, enabling us to maintain high levels of potency in each formulation.

The concept arose from my personal realisation that overusing skincare products does not necessarily yield faster results. Determined to provide a solution, I set out to curate a range of products that incorporated optimal levels of high-potency ingredients, which became the foundation of APS. My goal was to offer a product that addressed the gaps in people's skincare routines and targeted their individual concerns. Additionally, I prioritised clean formulas with high potency, avoiding the use of added chemicals, and focused on integrating botanical ingredients and biodegradable capsules to ensure environmental friendliness.

Our Capsule Collection, fuelled by ceramides, works tirelessly to retain moisture, protect your skin, and promote a healthy, even, and youthful complexion. Dermatological testing was paramount to me, as I wanted the products to embody the knowledge I have accumulated throughout my aesthetics career.
