To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • We do not offer product exchange requests.

  • Please Note: For any items that are bought as a bundle purchase, individual items can not be returned separately. 

  • Please Note: We only offer refunds if the product returns with the packaging unopened, the product is unused and the packaging is in re-sellable condition and the request for refund is within 14 days of order. Due to the nature of the product, this is for hygiene purposes.

  • If you have received an incorrect item from what you have ordered - we are very sorry! We will ensure that we will get this rectified for you.

  • Any returns that are not returned as good as new or aligned with the above guidelines - will be unable to return, unfortunately. 

  • Any items that were bought with a discount code applied or on sale will be refunded according to the prices upon purchase. 

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend sending your return via tracked post as APS accepts no liability for any items lost in transit.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
